3. Narok, Kenya
Dates to be confirmed
Our team will be supporting the ongoing work of David Kereto with the Maasai people.

Project: Practical work, children's clubs, basic medical health care and education. Narok Town Council have given a 2 acre plot for an orphanage. Our team will help build the children's home that will be a sanctuary for orphaned children and girls wanting to escape the tribal rituals of Female Genital Mutilation ( FGM ) and forced marriages. David Kereto, a Maasai warrior himself, has this as his number one objective for 2010. The home will also take children orphaned from HIV/AIDS infected families, other orphans whose parents died of other natural causes, street children, disabled children and may be children from very poor, needy and unemployed families.

We need as much help as we can get!
